Green Tomato Hash

I can't claim this as my own. Unlike my sister, I have no confidence in the oven--only the grill.  When faced with vast quantities of end-of-season green tomatoes, I turn to the "Internets." Found this recipe here.

Green Tomato Hash

2 cups leftover chopped ham
1 cup diced raw potatoes
2 Tbsp butter (use the real thing, people. That fake stuff is bad for you!)
1/2 cup diced green tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste

Combine ingredients; mix well. Turn in buttered casserole and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.  Enjoy!

This is very tasty--last time I don't think any of us bothered with salt & pepper. Anybody have another green tomato recipe for us to try?
